
The Liquid Rarity Exchange Board of Governance is a self-governing organization which will oversee, regulate, and set new securities standards for the Liquid Rarity Exchange. The Board of Governance will consist of various elected qualified investment funds managers, rarity experts and appraisers, lawyers, accountants, stock and commodity exchange experts, insurance executives and IT and technical personnel.
The overall purpose of the organization is to maintain SEC regulatory compliance and to administrate cohesive policies, fiduciary guidance, fairness of trade prosecution and settlement; impartial and independent fund approval and the integration of various financial platforms.
The Board of Governance will review and approve each and every LRE investment pool rarity assets through continuous due diligence. The Board of Governance will also enforce rarity authentication, rarity valuation, risk pool assessment, secure asset storage, and transactional exchange report transparency. The Board will determine the optimal rarity pool classifications, risk assessment of each new LRE offering, regulatory requirements, and overall administrative services. The Board of Governance will also manage the Liquid Rarity Association. The Liquid Rarity Association will provide educational seminars and conferences. Members of the Association may include appraisers, investors and others interested in the Liquid Rarity Exchange and Liquid Rarity Funds.
